Progress continues at Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Hotel & Residences, with final installations, finishes and commissioning advancing towards handover as the project enters its final stretch
Kingstown Port completed and handed over. A milestone achievement showcasing teamwork, technical excellence and resilience
Sofitel Dublin Airport Hotel is progressing well, with design largely closed out and major systems procured as Update Group advances MEP, public health and fire protection works towards a targeted late 2026 opening
Hotel Indigo was handed over in December 2025, with Update Group completing the building services scope through commissioning and close-out to support a smooth transition to live operations
