We are excited to announce our latest project award at The Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Eleuthera, Bahamas. With its close proximity to Miami, this ultra-luxury development will be the ninth Ritz-Carlton Reserve worldwide and will mark Update Group’s first project in The Bahamas, expanding our Caribbean reach.

Construction began in September 2025, with completion targeted for 2028. Sustainability is central to the project, which is supported by a 47-acre adjacent off-property solar farm, meeting more than 60% of the estimated day-to-day energy requirements of the resort.

Our role is to deliver the full Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection (MEPF) scope for the resort, comprising 110 guest rooms, 97 branded residences, signature restaurants, and a spa and wellness sanctuary across this 100-acre property.
