Our Hotel Indigo project is really starting to take shape since construction started a year ago. Located on a premium beachfront site in Hastings in the southern district of Christ Church, this 132-room hotel will have stunning ocean views when completed.

Hotel Indigo is a chain of small, individually owned boutique hotels, which is part of IHG Hotels & Resorts. As of April 2024, there are 163 Hotel Indigo properties worldwide.

Update Group currently has four hotel projects onsite in the Caribbean region, with the other three being a Grand Hyatt and Mandarin Oriental in Grand Cayman, and the design and refurbishment of MEP systems across all Marriott Hotel properties in their Barbados hotel portfolio.
