Health & Safety
We are committed to providing a workplace that is free from risk to employee health and safety.
Our approach to safety centres on education, training, and instilling and reinforcing safe behaviours throughout our business, from owners to design teams and our supply chain.
Supply Chain
As an international contractor with a track record across three continents it’s a priority for us to work closely with local companies and vendors.
Following this ‘first port of call’ policy offers a multitude of benefits, with cost savings and reduced timelines being at the top of the list.
Sustainable Construction
Sustainability is that vital ingredient in building services design. Once carefully considered it provides a real contribution to lower emissions and a greener planet. We fully embrace new technologies providing smarter buildings for the end user.
We support the principles of BREEAM and LEED, and work to lower carbon outputs applying Net Zero principles to all our projects.
Santander Unity Place
From the project outset, sustainability was one of the core objectives for Unity Place. The building is on target to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating for its environmental sustainability performance and will exceed Building Regulation requirements by reducing CO2 emissions by a further 20 per cent.
It includes solar panels on the roof and uses brise soleil on the building façade to help maximise natural daylight, while reducing solar heat gain.
