A development by Accor Hotels Group, this property consists of three adjoining towers, one of which is 70 storeys, totalling over 2,000 rooms. The upgrade works for the entire property are on a phased basis over a four-year timeframe, due to complete in 2021.
Our Scope
Update Group completed the replacement of the mechanical infrastructure systems in the Swissȏtel building, as well as the mechanical cooling upgrade in the Fairmont towers.
