Overview
Hampton by Hilton London Ealing is a 153-room hotel located close to Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre and Walpole Park, within a well-connected and active part of West London.
The project forms part of Update Group’s ongoing programme of hotel developments with JMK Group, which include the successful delivery of Holiday Inn Dublin Airport, Hampton by Hilton Dublin City Centre and Moxy Hotel Cork City.
The location presented logistical and access challenges typical of dense urban environments, requiring careful coordination to deliver the project safely and efficiently.
Our Scope
Update Group was appointed to deliver all building services for the hotel on a full design and build basis, taking responsibility for the coordinated delivery of the complete MEP scope.
The busy site context required disciplined planning, sequencing and stakeholder coordination to manage logistics, site safety and programme certainty throughout construction.
Our design and build approach enabled early integration of services design with construction activities, supporting efficient delivery and alignment with brand standards for a high-occupancy city hotel.
