Overview
A development by Spear Street Capital located in South Dublin County. This project consists of two new Grade A commercial buildings known as blocks F1 and F2, totalling 150,0000 sq ft of office space.
We also completed the car parking and site infrastructure for building F3, which doubled the overall office space of the development.
Location
These two new commercial office buildings are located in the Cherrywood town centre development by Hines, and is Dublin’s largest mixed use location.
The Campus Cherrywood consists of two new Grade A commercial buildings totalling 150,0000 sq ft.
