Owing to our reputation for delivering excellent outcomes for clients in the region, we were awarded the complete electrical installations package for Dyson’s Development Centre in Malaysia.
This new two-level structure connects two of the three existing buildings – forming a central heart to the Dyson campus. It houses visitor reception at the front of the site and staff reception at the rear which links to the staff carpark. In addition, there is a Dyson cafe and Town Hall space, a Dyson Canteen, gym, meeting rooms and other client-centric facilities.

When undertaking a project outside our traditional markets, it is important that a team familiar with our business process is assigned to the project.
Our centralised procurement department assisted in the selection of the most suitable equipment and ensured it met the specified code compliance.
Our Approach
On-site, our management team scheduled labour allocation and material deliveries, coordinated with other trades to minimize potential clashes, ensured installations were carried out to the highest quality, and commissioned the system ready for occupation.
