A project by Range Developments this new resort property consists of 78 rooms and 48 suites. The hotel is located on the southern tip of St Kitts & Nevis at Christophe Harbour. The overall development comprises an arrivals area, spa, back of house building and various bar and restaurant facilities totalling 300,000 sq ft.
Our Scope
We completed the two-megawatt MV site-wide electrical infrastructure with N+1 standby power generation together with the entire guest room mechanical HVAC systems and public lighting.
