The Frascati Centre in Blackrock, Dublin is nearing final completion of a retail expansion project following a significant addition and refurbishment programme. Our scope within the project included the installation of a new site-wide electrical infrastructure network, providing additional power requirements for each tenant. Our works also included a comprehensive upgrade of the life safety systems, standby generation, lighting and security systems.
Our Approach
The project was completed over six staged handovers, starting with the new multi-storey car park which opened up the necessary space to construct the new retail areas and re-model the concourse within the centre.
