The addition of the hospitality rooftop venue with its 360-degree view terrace crowns off this famous building.

Overview

The new Central Plaza development was the former home to the Central Bank of Ireland. This iconic building, designed by Sam Stephenson in the 1970’s, is truly one of the few buildings that identifies itself with Dublin.

This unique redeveloped structure is now home to WeWork as well as new restaurants and retail offerings. The addition of the hospitality rooftop venue with its 360-degree view terrace crowns off this famous building. The overall area of the development is 21,500 sq m, with a mix of commercial, retail and food & beverage space.

Our Scope

We were responsible for all electrical works elements, which included new electrical infrastructure with security and fire safety systems. A new outside lighting installation was constructed, incorporating the latest ideas and features to enhance the structure and open up the new plaza area.
