OVERVIEW
A development by Chartered Land. This project consisted of the refurbishment of the Ilac Centre, one of Ireland’s first large shopping centres which was originally built in the 1980’s.
The Ilac Centre totals 300,000 ft2 of retail space, Update Group completed the Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Protection services while keeping the centre operational throughout.
