A project by Sports Council Ireland. The arena extends to over 400,000 sq ft of multipurpose high performance training facilities catering for up to 26 individual sports. The main facilities include a 200m six-lane running track with viewing capacity for over 4000 spectators.

Update Group were appointed as M&E Contractor. The total size of the project was 400,000 sq ft, with a programme duration of 18 months.
