A project for ExxonMobil Global Services consisting of two three-storey office buildings on a 15-acre campus located in Ogle on the outskirts of Georgetown, Guyana.
On a 15-acre site previously owned by the Guyana Sugar Corporation, ExxonMobil are building their 120,000 sq ft office campus to support their operations division.
The project includes a full end user fit out with a strong emphasis on security, fire protection and detection systems.
The facility includes a full standby generation system, a waste water treatment plant and full site-wide infrastructure works.
To provide shade for all vehicles in the car park, a solar panel car shading system and supporting structures will be installed, generating 1.4MW of electricity.
